So France cooking classes by Frédéric Coiffe – Butter

As part of Voilah! 2018, chef Frédéric Coiffe from So France, Le Bistro-Epicerie is pleased to present a special series of cooking classes that promises to take you on a gastronomical journey to France.

Chef Frédéric brings his heritage and cooking experiences to Singapore, sharing three uniquely French delights. Learn to make Bordeaux’s famed canelés; taste first-hand oysters flown in from the South-West of France; and discover the secret behind French butter in a butter-making class!
